We make the care of our international students a very high priority. The International Student Director co-ordinates the International Student programme. Other staff involved with international students include the Guidance Counsilors, the Heads of House, the English Language teachers, and the International Students Co-ordinator.

On arrival at Rosehill College International students will be given an orientation to the school when they start or soon after. This will include written information and a chance to ask questions. Students will also be able to discuss subject choices. Before beginning in academic mainstream courses in the school most students will probably have completed an intensive English language programme organised by the school or in Auckland City, organised by their parents.

The College arranges a number of extra events (subject to availability) during the school year including:

  • The End of Year Non-NCEA students's trip (One week's trip incorporate with Wakatipu High School in Queenstown)
  • Ski Weekend
  • Weekend Camp
  • Bay Of Islands Weekend Tour
  • Rotorua Weekend Tour
  • Leaving Dinner for students returning to their home countries.
