In 2009 the following groups of fees will be charged.

  Discount if paid or Autopayment is set up.                                                                                                                   

ACTIVITY FEES			Early payment:
Single Student Family	$ 200.00		$ 180.00
Two Student Family	$ 320.00		$ 290.00
Three+ Student Family	$ 375.00		$ 345.00

                                                               

 

If the full fee is paid before the 31st of March, the cost is discounted to the value of the second column.
Where there are two or more students in the same family (living at the same address) the fee will be charged against the eldest student’s account.

 

CLASS MATERIALS CHARGES

These are compulsory fees and will be invoiced early in Term 1, 2008 allowing enough time for all timetable classes to be finalised. They will be payable by the end of Term 1 (For Yrs 9-10) and at re-enrolment time for Yrs 11-13. However, you may pay these in advance if you prefer, based on the figures below. Not all subjects have a fee and these will vary depending on the subjects selected.  The list of subjects, which have a fee in 2008 are as listed below:

If a student does not meet the entry requirements of a subject for which fees have been paid, the

fees will be refunded after all courses have been finalised.         

SPORTS FEES

Each Sporting Code has its own fee. These fees will be advised by the Sports Department; at the time students are making their Sports selections. These fees are payable upon registration for the chosen sport. Non-payment of these fees will mean exclusion from the sport.

BUS LEVY

A $50.00 levy has been placed on all rural bus students. This levy will be charged as soon into the start of Term 1 as bus route passenger lists are available.

TIME PAYMENTS

If you wish to make arrangements to pay fees by time payment, please fill in the form at the bottom of the page.  If you choose this method of payment all other fees except NCEA exam fees may be covered by this A/P.

Automatic Payment for 2008 Fees

Please note:

The school is unable to offer time-payment facilities for the purchase of school uniform or stationery items.  If your family circumstances permit, you may be able to apply to WINZ for assistance for these items.

NCEA EXAMS 2008

Although the Fees for 2008 NCEA are not yet known, you may prefer to make payments in advance by Time Payment. If so, please use the form above but when setting up the A/P the particulars should read “NCEA”. These will then be held on the student’s behalf until such time as NZQA advise the fee and payment date.
