Yr 13 Business Studies

This course is made up of two sections: Management and Marketing.

The approach taken in these courses is one of applied learning - that is - you apply the concepts learnt in class to real life  situations - maybe where you work or the school itself.

Success obviously therefore depends on you doing what you are required to do!

These are both core papers (10 credits each) for the NZIM Certificate in Management(Enterprise option) - for more detail click here or use the NZIM button on the right to go to their website. They also provide 10 credits each for NCEA Level 3 Certificate.
Both papers are completely internally asessed so it is essential that you complete the requirements by due times.

Note that achievement standards in Level 2 Accounting and Economics, and Level 3 Statistics, as well as participation in the Young Enterprise Scheme, can be cross-credited to the NZIM Certificate of Management also.

Entry Requirement: The equivalent of 12 credits in  for Level 2  standards in English, Economics Geography, History or Business Studies or HOD approval
