Qualification: 
3 credits in NCEA Level 1 Computing Unit Standards and 8 credits in NCEA Level 2 Computing Unit Standards. If taken with 12CTY (Year 12 Computer Technology) sufficient credits can be obtained to complete the National Certificate in Computing Level 2 version 5. 


The International Computer Driver’s Licence is an international qualification which is based on seven modules covering a wide range of computer applications and skills.

Entry Requirement:
The equivalent of 12 credits in Level 1 Mathematics Standards or HOD approval.

Course Content:
This is a general interest course available for Year 12 & Yr 13 students who would like to have a greater understanding of how computers work and become more proficient with common computer applications including Spreadsheets, Computer Graphics and Word Processing.
